Blogger Style: International Women's Day/Being a lonely boss

On International Women's Day, I thought I'd post this prolific post by by Robert Frost. As KayElle and I continue to grow our #bloggerlife, we noticed that it can be a bit lonely. Trust, we have lots of friends and we love their support. But, sometimes, it's hard to have convos with people who don't know (or aren't interested) about blogging, branding, and building entrepreneurial wealth. Even if you are interested in being the best Kool-Aid maker in world, I might not really care about Kool-Aid, even though I care about YOU!

That's why it's great to have a blogger bestie! I don't know if I (melissa) would have pushed this Blogger Girl initiative this far without the help of KayElle and (in the beginning) Alicia. In this #bloggerlife, it's great to have someone to bounce ideas off of. Just like Robert Frost said, being a boss is LONELY! Doing it as a woman is even more difficult. It's crazy that in 2016, people are still surprised that women are becoming the FIRST to do something. Blogging and being a creative, you must have a team to hold you up, especially those who understand your actual industry.
